What is included in the retreat?
Â
- 6 nights of accommodations at Margarita Studios, in the village of Ambelas.
- Welcome Night: Meet + Greet Dinner and Local Wine Tasting with your fellow guests!
- Daily mornings sessions focused on mindful movement, somatic inquiry, and energy work.
- Breath work and guided meditation practices.
- Breakfast and lunch daily at TAOS Retreat Center.
- One 90-min Massage Therapy treatment or Cooking Class with Margarita Hotel.
- Ground transportation for arrival/departure in Paros and shuttles to/from Taos from hotel.
- All gratuities for Taos Center staff, Margarita staff, and shuttle drivers.
- Practical advice, tips, and support as you plan your trip to Greece.
- Free time to explore the island or relax.
- What is not included?
We recommend flying into Athens (ATH), and then either taking a short flight to Paros or Ferry ride. The ferry duration for the Paros to Athens (Piraeus) ferry can range from 2 hours 40 minutes and 4 hours 50 minutes depending on the operator that you decide to travel with.
- Personal, Medical or Trip cancellation insurance (recommended).
- Additional activities or excursions outside the planned itinerary.
- Lunch is not included, allowing you the flexibility to explore local cafes and restaurants or enjoy a light meal at your own pace.
- Alcoholic beverages and personal expenses.

A La Carte Offerings:
For Instructors: A deeper understanding of how to work with Scoliosis Clients ~ This week will include 4 full days of the Ascend Scoliosis Mentor Program. Followed up with 6 months of one to one mentoring with Angelie and your case study. *Pre requisite: with the full Scoliosis Mentor program you will receive to on demand courses to study prior to your arrival on the island.
For Guests: You will have the opportunity to schedule a one to one session with Angelie ~ This will include a 50 minute gait/posture assessment and hands on specialized work for your personal practice.
 For Everyone: You will have the opportunity to schedule spa treatments, excursions and other adventures on the island ~ The Taos Retreat Center and Margarita Hotel Staff can assist you with your planning.

What is the financial exchange for the retreat?
The experience pricing starts at $3,700 for early bird double occupancy. Click “Reserve Your Space” in the menu to learn about the room offerings and exchange.

4. What are the travel requirements?
All you’ll need to travel is a valid passport (with at least six months of validity remaining), proof of your return flight, and your electronic visa (if required).
If required, you must apply for an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System), a new travel authorization for entry into Europe. Be sure to complete your ETIAS application online in advance to ensure a smooth journey. Apply online through the ETIAS system before your trip.
5. Are refunds available if I need to cancel?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for this retreat. However, your spot is transferable if you find someone to take your place.
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance as soon as you book a retreat and we suggest Travel Guard Insurance, which has several policy options.
Good At Life Network reserves the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. If we do so, your deposit is refunded in full. Â
6. How do I get to Paros and how do I get from the port or airport to the hotel?
Paros is accessible by ferry or flight:
- By Ferry: From Athens or other nearby islands.
- By Flight: Direct flights to Paros from Athens.
We will arrange for a driver to meet you upon arrival and take you to the hotel. We recommend arriving early to settle in and fully enjoy the retreat experience.
Check in to the hotel is at 3p on Oct 17th. Please contact us if you may want to arrive to Paros earlier than Oct 17th so we can recommend locations or extend your booking in the hotel.
- Â Do I need prior yoga experience to attend?
No! This retreat is for all bodies, all ages. The retreat is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. Modifications and variations will be offered to suit your needs.Â
8. What should I bring?
- Comfortable clothing for yoga and relaxation, light layers for warm days and cool nights. Swimwear, sunscreen, and a hat and comfortable shoes for walking.
- Any prescription or over the counter medications you might need.
- A journal for reflections and somatic inquiry.
- Your own yoga mat if preferred (mats and props will be available for use).
- Travel documents.

9. Will there be free time to explore Paros?
Yes! The schedule includes ample free time to relax, explore the charming villages, or enjoy the beaches at your own pace.
