Course Description:
This six-hour workshop will include an introductory level break down of gait and postural evaluation. It will include a study of
the natural gait pattern, pelvic girdle and spinal column and how they relate to gait as well as how a person’s movement
patterns effect their posture.

3. Analyzing from the Foot Up

4. Analyzing the Knee
Valgus and Varus Defined
Exercises to strengthen the Quadraceps and Hamstrings
5. Analyzing Pelvic Placement
Common Pelvic Deviations
Exercises to strengthen and stretch the Pelvic Girdle
